Your satisfaction matters to us. Because this is a consumable food product, some restrictions apply for hygiene and safety.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Unopened items
Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
